Dikgatlong municipal area offers potential for major investment in recreation focussing on the river - this will include fly-fishing, water sports and conference facilities. Magareng municipal area needs investment in beneficiation from diamond mining activities, e.g. secondary production, rehabilitation, etc. In addition to these, we have a prime rock art site (run by the San community), some very scarce vegetation species and potential for further development around game farming activities.
